💼 Job Overview

We’re hiring full-time HCC Medical Coders with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. If you’re certified by AAPC as a CPC, have expertise in ICD-10-CM coding, and understand CMS-HCC risk models, we want to hear from you!

✅ Key Responsibilities:

·         Apply ICD-10-CM coding in alignment with HCC/risk adjustment guidelines

·         Review and analyze clinical documentation for coding accuracy

·         Maintain compliance with CMS and internal quality standards

·         Achieve productivity and accuracy goals

·         Collaborate with internal QA and audit teams

📝 Qualifications:

·         1–5 years of hands-on HCC coding experience

·         CPC certification (mandatory)

·         Strong grasp of EMR systems and coding platforms

·         Meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset

⭐ Preferred:

·         CRC certification is a bonus

·         Experience in retrospective/prospective HCC projects

·         Knowledge of RADV audits adds value
