   •  Reviews Denial coder’s medical records and assigned accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT              code for diagnoses and procedures.

   •   Assigns and sequence codes accurately based on medical record documentation.

   •   Follows all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) rules and                 regulations.

   •    Keeps current with all coding updates/changes through Coding Clinics and                           literature.

   •   Querying physicians regarding incomplete documentation.
