Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for meeting TAT (Turnaround time) for the Line
item either during Charge Entry, Cash Posting and Denial Management areas in
addition to maintaining accuracy in day-to-day transaction processing in
client/internal applications, process flows.
They are expected to transcribe information from a variety of
sources into a standardized database system using various applications based on
certain pre-defined business rules as per the client (Payer or Provider).
Efficiently Process pre-defined number of Claims as assigned
with highest level of accuracy as agreed upon by the client
Complete transactions in queue within specified Turn Around
Time Set
Provide highest level of customer satisfaction and strive to
understand and resolve issues/queries at the first instance
Maintain the business controls as per the requirement
Respond to data requests.
Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
Develop a complete understanding of the RCM processes.
Skills:
- Candidate must have minimum one year of prior work experience in US Healthcare.
- Candidate must have worked in Charge Entry/Demo Entry/Payment Posting/Denial Management.
- Any Graduation is fine.
- Preferably immediate joiner.
- Candidate must be ok with Work From Office.
